.....whoa the pain whoa the pain of it all, "Walking" the silent bringer of pain. Most of the world is unaware of the earth shattering pain that walking can bring to those who aren't careful. I am here to tell you "watch out" you could be headed to work at
Tim Hortons first thing in the morning "walking" and find yourself slipping on the stairs and unable to bend or move. That was what happened to me this morning and now i can't bend or sit for too long. Walking isn' the innocent action that you all know. Ignorance to this fact is how people find themselves braking something or hurting themeselves "Walking". It is the most common cause of accident its not as innocent as you think "be aware" before you stand up and take that first step....

The 5 most common accidents related to walking (These are true things that have happened to me on several occasions):
5. Being hit in the head by projectiles such as frisbees or large rocks (while walking is not solely responsible for this one it plays its part as one of the factors)
4.Tripping on the side of your foot (not over something). Your own feet could cause you to fall and twist your ankle so watch out!
3. Walking into a walls, doorknobs or other obstructions (You may think this is silly, but it does happen)
2. Sliding on slick surfaces, ie. Stairs which are icy (I am a witness to this one)
1. It's just to painful and gruesome to state this accident, but i will tell you one thng it has something to do with walking.

Anyways I am off to sleep and get hopped up on some pain killers that are for my back which I hurt "WALKING"

Later,
Erika ;o)
